Celebrate three decades of cherished holiday traditions as Lincoln Park Zoo’s annual ZooLights, presented by ComEd and Invesco QQQ, returns this November for its 30th year. This beloved Chicago event brings festive joy to visitors of all ages, featuring over 3 million dazzling lights illuminating the zoo grounds.
This year, ZooLights offers a fresh, modern twist on the classic holiday experience with hundreds of LED light displays. Guests can enjoy immersive, interactive elements and holiday magic throughout the zoo, from taking in spectacular views on the towering Ferris Wheel to walking through the breathtaking light tunnel on the Main Mall.
Proceeds from ZooLights tickets go directly toward supporting the zoo’s high-quality animal care, global conservation initiatives, and innovative educational programs. These events also help keep the zoo free and open to the public every day of the year.
General admission tickets for ZooLights are priced at $7–$10 per person, depending on the date. In a commitment to accessibility, admission is FREE on select Mondays, though tickets are still required. What is it? The Grant Park Music Festival is a free, 10-week outdoor classical music series held every summer in Chicago’s Millennium Park, primarily at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion. Running from June 11 to August 16, 2025 , the festival features performances by the acclaimed Grant Park Orchestra and Chorus , along with world-renowned guest artists and conductors.
