WIGS is bringing a unique twist to stand-up comedy in Chicago, with local comedians performing their sets while wearing wigs. The concept puts a playful spin on traditional stand-up, giving comedians the opportunity to take on different looks and personas. The show is hosted by Chicago comedian Ron Hexagon and Claire Parlette.

WIGS was also featured as part of the 2026 Windy City Comedy Fest, where the show brought together a lineup of Chicago comedians for a special performance at The Lincoln Lodge.

The series has three upcoming performances: September 3 at 8 p.m. at Fat Willy’s Comedy Club, September 8 at 7 p.m. at Lincoln Lodge, and October 13 at 7 p.m. at Lincoln Lodge. Audience members are also encouraged to BYOW — Bring Your Own Wig.
