Milk Bar Brings Its Famous Sweet Treats to Chicago’s Fulton Market
CHICAGO – Milk Bar, the acclaimed dessert brand, is set to open its first Chicago location on February 8, 2025. The new store will be in the lobby of The Hoxton hotel at 200 N. Green Street in the West Loop’s Fulton Market district
 
 The grand opening will feature special giveaways, including signed cookbooks for the first 50 customers. The Chicago shop will offer Milk Bar’s signature treats, such as Cereal Milk Soft Serve, Birthday Cake, Compost Cookies, and Cake Truffles, along with exclusive local items like a Hot Dog Bomb and a Portillo’s Chocolate Cake Cookie.
 
 This marks Milk Bar’s first expansion into the Midwest, joining locations in New York, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C., and Las Vegas. Fulton Market, known for its vibrant food scene, is expected to be a prime spot for the brand’s latest venture.
 
 The store will operate 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 1 a.m. Friday through Sunday. Customers can also look forward to pop-up events and special promotions throughout the year.
